The BlueRobotics O-Ring Flanges - 150 Mm (6") are designed for use with 2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, and 8″ Watertight Enclosures. These second-generation flanges feature a locking cord and an anti-rotation mechanism, ensuring a secure and stable connection. They are compatible with dome end caps, flat end caps, and custom end caps, providing versatility in various applications.

These flanges seal to a tube on one end and to an end cap on the other, creating a high-pressure watertight interface. Constructed from anodized aluminum, they include dual radial O-rings and a face seal O-ring for reliable sealing under high pressure. The inclusion of a PTFE locking cord and locking cord handles further secures the flange to the tube, ensuring a robust and leak-proof connection.

The flanges are specifically designed to be compatible with BlueRobotics watertight enclosure tubes, which feature precision machining at each end to interface seamlessly with the flange. Additionally, the flanges incorporate four internal mounting holes, facilitating the secure attachment of internal components, such as the electronics tray in the BlueROV2.
