Does not come with spring

Bought this bc my secondhand litter robot doesn't come with the spring I've seen within the black key in videos. asked CS if this came with the spring and they assured me it did. When it arrived, there was no spring meaning I really bought this for nothing

Ne vient pas avec le ressort

J'ai acheté ce bc mon robot de litière d'occasion ne vient pas avec le ressort que j'ai vu dans la clé noire dans les vidéos. a demandé à CS si cela venait avec le ressort et ils m'ont assuré que c'était le cas. Quand il est arrivé, il n'y avait pas de ressort, ce qui signifie que je l'ai vraiment acheté pour rien
