The Atlas Scientific SGL-PMP-BX™ - Green is an advanced pump system designed for seamless integration into various devices. It is equipped with a pre-mounted enclosure, which significantly reduces setup time. The inclusion of a power connector and a data cable with a breakout board facilitates quick and efficient integration. This pump is initially configured to operate in I2C mode, but it can be switched to UART mode if required.
The enclosure of the pump is constructed from durable polycarbonate plastic, with stainless steel screws, ensuring robust protection with an IP-64 rating. The pump offers a versatile flow rate ranging from 0.5ml to 105ml per minute, with an accuracy of +/- 1%. It supports multiple modes of operation, including continuous dispensing, volume dispensing, dose over time mode, constant flow rate, and dispense at startup.
The pump is compatible with any 5mm outer diameter tubing and comes with a 15.24 cm supplied tubing. It operates on a data protocol that supports both UART and I2C, with a default I2C address of 103 (0x67). The operating voltage for the logic ranges from 3.3V to 5V, while the motor operates between 12V and 24V. The pump head can reach up to 8.1 meters, and it communicates using ASCII data format. Additionally, the pump is food safe, making it suitable for applications involving consumable products.
