The Atlas Scientific Industrial Conductivity Probe K 0.1 is engineered for precise inline conductivity measurements across a variety of applications, including industrial chemical processing and swimming pool monitoring. Its design incorporates a 3/4-inch female NPT threading, facilitating straightforward installation and operation. The probe is equipped with an integrated PT-1000 temperature sensor, ensuring accurate temperature compensation during measurements.
This conductivity probe is distinguished by its durability and low maintenance requirements, as it does not contain any electrolyte that could be depleted over time. Calibration is only necessary during the initial installation, and the probe boasts a life expectancy of approximately ten years, with a similar duration before recalibration is needed.
The probe is capable of measuring a wide range of conductivity levels, from 0.07 to 50,000 μS/cm, with an accuracy of +/- 2%. It offers a rapid response time, achieving 90% of the measurement within one second. The device operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and can withstand a maximum pressure of 200 psi. Additionally, it is designed to function at depths of up to 141 meters (463 feet), making it suitable for various demanding environments.
