The AndyMark AM14U5 - 6 Wheel Drop Center Robot Drive Base w/ Gear Ratio 12.76:1 - 2024 FIRST Kit of Parts Chassis is an advanced drive platform ideal for both prototyping and finalizing robotic applications. This versatile chassis offers three main configurations: Long, Square, and Wide, with a drop center wheel design for enhanced turning and stability. It supports multiple wheel and build configurations, allowing for thousands of possible setups, with frame sizes ranging from 24.3 in. x 27 in. to 32.3 in. x 31 in. This kit includes HiGrip Wheels, Toughbox Mini Gearboxes, and Gates HTD Belts, but requires assembly and aluminum cutting. It is compatible with optional encoders and control systems, though these are not included. The chassis necessitates a minimum of two CIM style motors, with four recommended for optimal performance. Detailed assembly videos and instructions are available to assist in customization and assembly.
