The AndyMark 4in. Performance Wheel w/ 1.125in. Bearing Bore is a robust and durable wheel crafted from solid 6061 aluminum, renowned for its resilience in competitive robotics. This wheel has been a staple in the FIRST Robotics Competition, demonstrating its reliability and strength. The current version is designed to be cost-effective, utilizing a custom extrusion process rather than being fully machined from billet. It is engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of robotics competitions and is compatible with motion hardware featuring a 1.875 in. 6-hole bolt circle, common in AndyMark and other competitive robotics products. The wheel is intended to be supported by 1.125 in. OD flanged bearings. It does not come with tread material, allowing users to customize the wheel's performance according to specific needs. The wheel is designed to accommodate rivets for tread attachment, with no pre-drilled holes on the rim, offering flexibility for teams to install rivets as required. Note: It is recommended to use steel 1/8" diameter rivets with a 0.251" - 0.312" grip range for optimal performance.
