The High Temperature HT-Abrasive Nozzle from E3D is a merger of durability and performance. This nozzle is equipped with a hardened steel tip and a copper carrier that efficiently conducts heat to the heatsink. This heat management is furthered by a copper spreader segment, ensuring optimal performance during the 3D printing process. The nozzle's exterior is coated with Chromium Nitride that not only gives it resistance against abrasion but also prevents corrosion, supporting a maximum temperature limit of up to 500°C. Designed for ease of use, the nozzle combines a HeatBreak, eliminating the perils and hassle of hot tightening while preventing leaks for a more secure 3D printing process. It quickly identifies with its grey color and engraved size numbers.
