This RepRap style nozzle is crafted from a 360 brass base material and coated with TwinClad XT, a nickel composite designed for very low friction. It boasts one of the lowest coefficients of friction, outperforming nickel with PTFE co-deposit. The hard, abrasion-resistant coating greatly extends nozzle life when printing with abrasive materials such as carbon fiber, stainless steel, or metal-filled filaments.
