The Micro Swiss Brass Plated Wear Resistant Nozzle is designed to extend the life of your 3D printer nozzle, especially when using abrasive filaments such as Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, or wood-filled materials. Thanks to its 360 brass base construction and TwinClad XT nickel composite coating, this nozzle achieves one of the lowest coefficients of friction, surpassing even nickel with PTFE co-deposit in performance. This hard coating not only reduces the likelihood of filament sticking but also stands up well against the wear and tear of abrasive materials, ensuring consistent print quality and less frequent nozzle replacements. This nozzle is a perfect fit for a range of Creality printers including Ender 7, Spider Hotend, Ender 5 S1, and Ender 3 V3 SE.
