The Yahboom Dofbot AI Vision Robotic Arm w/ ROS & Python Programming for Raspberry Pi 4B (w/o Raspberry Pi Board) is mainly composed of an aluminum alloy bracket, a sturdy chassis, a multi function expansion board, six bus servos and a 300,000 pixel camera. It has an operating system specifically designed for it based on Ubuntu 20.04/ROS Noetic, using open source CV and Python 3 programming to create a series of AI vision functions. It can be controlled by an APP, PC software, handle or JupyterLab. Detailed tutorials, open source codes and technical support services are provided for Raspberry Pi players and AI beginners.

This robot arm is user friendly, with features such as an OLED display that shows IP address and Raspberry Pi CPU related information in real time. A 12V 5A power adapter is included, eliminating the need for a battery.

Exciting AI features are included, such as gesture recognition, color recognition, visual positioning, garbage classification, catch game, face tracking and building blocks stacking. It can be controlled by Android/iOS APP, PC upper computer, handle or Jupyter Lab webpage online programming. Users can even make it learn to customize action groups and complete the synchronous action of dual robotic arms.

The expansion board is compatible with Jetson NANO, Raspberry Pi, Arduino and Micro:bit four development boards. The aluminum alloy structure is detachable, allowing users to extend or shorten the length of the robotic arm. Six bus servos (DOBFOT only uses one) and six PWM servos, a wireless controller receiver, a WiFi/Bluetooth module, I2C and ultrasonic module interfaces are also included.
