The Handheld Gaming System PiBoy Mini is a compact, handheld gaming system that can easily fit in your pocket. It is powered by either a Raspberry Pi Zero or Pi Zero 2. The device utilizes the DPI mode of the Raspberry Pi, enabling games to run at frame rates as high as 60fps without compromising the performance of the Raspberry Pi.
The PiBoy Mini is equipped with a precise D-pad and a six-button play feature, which includes dedicated buttons for Select, Start, and Menu. The device is designed to fully manage the Raspberry Pi, including a safe shutdown feature. It also has built-in calibration and test menus, simplifying the setup process. The PiBoy Mini is delivered partially assembled, and it is straightforward to assemble and set up, even for a complete beginner, with no soldering required.

The device boasts a 3.5" LCD with a safe shutdown feature and a resolution of 640 x 480. It is powered by a large-capacity LiPo battery and supports LCD DPI mode and built-in LiPo charging. Other features include low battery protection, HDMI out, an audio jack, dedicated left and right rear buttons, and an amplified speaker.
The PiBoy Mini measures 88 x 112 x 20 mm and is compatible with Raspberry Pi Zero and Pi Zero 2.
The kit includes a partially assembled PiBoy Mini, a 2800 mAh LiPo battery, a USB-C cable, and a screwdriver.
