The Dragino S31-LB LoRaWAN Outdoor Temp. & Humidity Sensor (8500mAh Li/SOCl2 / US915) is an advanced device designed for precise measurement of environmental temperature and relative humidity. Utilizing the SHT31 sensor from Sensirion, it offers fully calibrated, linearized, and temperature-compensated digital output, ensuring strong reliability and long-term stability. The sensor is encased in a waterproof, anti-condensation housing, making it suitable for extended outdoor use.
This sensor employs LoRaWAN wireless technology, enabling data transmission over extremely long distances at low data rates. It features ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity while maintaining minimal power consumption. The device supports temperature and humidity alarms, allowing users to set alerts for immediate notification of environmental changes.
The S31-LB includes a data logging feature, storing information when the LoRaWAN network is unavailable and uploading it once connectivity is restored. It also supports Bluetooth configuration and wireless over-the-air updates, enhancing user convenience. Powered by an 8500mAh Li-SOCI2 battery, the sensor is designed for long-term operation, potentially lasting up to five years.
The device is pre-loaded with unique keys for seamless LoRaWAN registration and automatic connection upon activation.
